Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Eligibility
The ElitShine Referral Rewards Programme is operated by ElitShine Services Limited (“ElitShine”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Participants must register for the referral programme and provide accurate contact information to participate and receive rewards.
The programme is intended for genuine personal referrals. Referrers may recommend ElitShine to friends, family members, colleagues and other genuine contacts.
2. Qualifying Referral
A qualifying referral occurs when:
- the referred customer is a new ElitShine customer;
- the customer identifies or uses the relevant referrer’s referral details when making their booking;
- the eligible booking value is at least £80;
- the cleaning service is successfully completed; and
- the booking has been paid for in full.
A customer cannot normally be retrospectively linked to a referrer after their qualifying booking has been completed.
3. Reward Value
Rewards are calculated using the final eligible value of the completed booking:

£10 gift card - £151–£399
£20 gift card - £400–£599
£40 gift card - £600 and above
£50 gift card
- £80–£150
Bookings below £80 do not qualify for a referral reward.
4. What Counts Towards the Booking Value
The reward will be based on the final amount paid for eligible ElitShine cleaning services after any discounts, refunds, cancellations, credits or other adjustments have been applied.
Where a booking is partially refunded or adjusted, the applicable reward tier may also be adjusted.
5. Receiving Your Reward
Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer’s service has been completed, full payment has been received and the referral has been verified by ElitShine.
Rewards are provided as shopping gift cards/vouchers and are not exchangeable for cash.
Delivery times may vary depending on the gift-card provider and verification requirements.
6. Unlimited Referrals
There is currently no limit to the number of genuine qualifying referrals a participant can make.
Each qualifying referred customer can generate one referral reward based on their qualifying booking.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
No reward will be payable for cancelled, fraudulent, unpaid, fully refunded or otherwise invalid bookings.
If a reward has been issued for a booking that is subsequently refunded, reversed or found to be ineligible, ElitShine reserves the right to cancel the reward where possible or offset its value against future referral rewards.
8. Self-Referrals and Misuse
Participants cannot refer themselves or create bookings, accounts or identities for the primary purpose of obtaining referral rewards.
Duplicate accounts, fabricated referrals, misleading promotions, spam or other attempts to manipulate the programme may result in rewards being withheld and participation being suspended or terminated.
9. Multiple Referrers
Only one referrer can receive a reward for each referred customer. Where more than one person claims the same referral, ElitShine will use its records, including the referral information associated with the customer’s booking, to determine the applicable referrer.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be provided through selected third-party retailers or gift-card providers. Their use may also be subject to the individual provider’s own terms, expiry dates and restrictions.
ElitShine is not responsible for a gift card after it has been successfully delivered to the recipient, except where required by law.
11. Programme Changes
ElitShine may amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Rewards Programme, reward values or eligibility requirements.
Where reasonably practicable, changes will be published on this page. Any qualifying referral already completed before a change will be assessed according to the programme terms applicable at the relevant time.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through the referral programme will be processed in accordance with ElitShine’s Privacy Policy.
Referrers should only provide another person’s personal information where they have permission to do so. The cleaner approach is to let the referrer share their unique referral link/code themselves rather than asking ElitShine to contact friends directly.
