Terms and Conditions for ElitShine Services Limited
1. Introduction
Welcome to ElitShine Services Limited. By accessing and using our cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. These terms apply to all customers, users, and visitors who access or use our service.
2. Services Provided
ElitShine Services Limited offers a range of cleaning services in Aberdeen and sorrounding, including home cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, Carpet cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and Airbnb cleaning. Specific service details, scope, and any exclusions will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Booking: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. Confirmation of the booking will be provided electronically.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule any service at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty.
Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur no charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the time of a scheduled service without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will result in a full charge of the scheduled service.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service rendered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges.
Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and generally granted only if services are deemed unsatisfactory due to non-compliance with agreed specifications.
5. Liability and Insurance
Damage: ElitShine Services Limited will not be responsible for damage due to normal cleaning procedures that follow standard industry practices. Any pre-existing damages will be noted prior to service commencement.
Insurance: ElitShine Services Limited maintains liability insurance for all services provided.
6. Client Obligations
Clients must provide a safe and accessible working environment for cleaning staff.
Clients should disclose any special cleaning requirements or the presence of valuable items before service commencement.
7. Modifications to Terms
These terms may be amended or updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory changes. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for updates.
